Annie Tarzi has spent her career at the intersection of how people think and how organizations decide. She began in brand management, working with A&W, Little Caesars, and Tim Hortons, where she learned that the most consequential decisions are rarely made on data alone. Leaders feel their way toward a conclusion long before they can articulate why.

That observation eventually became the focus of her doctoral research. Her DBA in Organizational Systems examined how leaders rename intuition as "professional judgment" or "experience," and why that renaming matters. When a judgment goes unnamed, it goes unexamined. And unexamined judgment is where decisions quietly go wrong.

Since 2005, as a Professor of Advertising and Marketing Communications, she has brought that same lens to the classroom, teaching consumer research and professional development to students who are learning to make decisions under real conditions, with incomplete information and genuine stakes. That teaching shapes how she facilitates. She is not interested in the tidy version of a decision. She is interested in the real one.

Decision Clarity Studio was built on that foundation. Using the Decision Clarity Method™, Annie facilitates a structured process that makes a leader’s own thinking visible, so they can act on it with confidence.
